Shipping to EU
All our shipments start from Italy, and if they are destined within the European Union, no customs duties, exemptions or tariffs are applied.
VAT on goods and shipping costs is applied and collected in this case.

Shipping OUTSIDE EU
For all shipments outside the EU, these costs (customs duties, exemptions, and tariffs) are due and their definition follows very variable criteria. Each nation has its own legislation and rules on the matter. Each individual state usually provides precise information online about taxation rules. In particular, Italian VAT (22%) is not applied in the transaction on the value of the goods and the value of the shipment. Normally, VAT is then requested directly upon delivery by the destination country (with a percentage autonomously established). Small value shipments are often not taxed. Finally, beyond a certain threshold (different from country to country), other costs such as duties and carrier charges are often applied as well.

For information on the amount of duties and any taxes, and the customs clearance procedures, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the destination country.
