How to Request a Return

The intention or need to request a return should always be reported to Teamecommerce in writing. In order to speed up the processing of requests, we recommend that you use the convenient RETURN FORM and print out THE PRECOMPLIED LABEL. Alternatively, you can contact us by writing to , use the online chat, or call us at 035.4491296.
Upon receiving the request, Teamecommerce will evaluate it and send a response with acceptance or denial as appropriate, along with detailed instructions on how to make the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.
Requests for replacement or return must be made at the store where the purchase was made (producing proof of purchase) and not through the online sales site.

Requirements Needed to Obtain the Reimbursement

All returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, so they must be in “like new” condition and ready for resale. They must bear all original seals, labels, boxes or wrappers intact. If this important requirement is not met, the product will be considered “used” and will then be either sent back to the sender with transportation costs charged or withheld with a penalty ranging from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the condition of the returned product’s arrival.

Transportation Costs for Returns

The cost of transportation for return in case of reconsideration or replacement of non-personalized products (right of withdrawal exercisable within 14 days), as explained in the table, is always borne by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers for the return.
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product. In any case, shipping costs incurred in the purchase will not be returned.
In the event that the customer, at the time of purchase, has taken advantage of free shipping for exceeding 49 euros, will be deducted from the refund the cost (at the time of purchase not incurred by incentive) of shipping only in the event that the total amount of goods, not returned (and therefore remained with the customer), does not exceed the threshold of 49 euros.
